    Upgrades

    A tier is a package, not a menu.

    Any request outside a tier's fixed configuration, such as a private endpoint on T1, a Variant on T1 or more runs on T2, is answered by moving up a tier, never by customising the current one.

    • The data-plane objects are identical on every tier, so an upgrade adds infrastructure around your existing data
    • No migration, no downtime, typically the same day
    • Run limits protect solver capacity and support load, not the cloud bill: an extra run costs cents
